Introducing ReceptionMSSNGR™ - iPad Receptionist

I’m pleased to introduce ReceptionMSSNGR™, the first of several products we’re building on the MobileMSSNGR™ Platform. ReceptionMSSNGR™ provides offices with an elegant and efficient first point of contact for your visitors. With the days of smiling front desk personnel seemingly gone, leaving confused visitors and annoyed desk workers in their place, the ReceptionMSSNGR™ App makes it easy for guests to directly notify the person they are visiting, or their assistant, upon their arrival. The arrival message is sent to either the ReceptionMSSNGR™ chat portal, or as a text message to the staffer’s phone, allowing for a two-way conversation with the visitor directly through the App!

The ReceptionMSSNGR™ iPad App asks the guest to select the reason for the visit, offers a selection of personnel to contact, and shoots a message that person’s ReceptionMSSNGR™ portal on their computer or their phone.

If there is no response made back to the App within 40 seconds ReceptionMSSNGR™ sends the notification to the next pre-selected contact.

The employee’s response goes straight back to the App allowing the conversation with the visitor to continue or end. Delivery messages can be sent to multiple employees at the same time allowing prompt attention to the delivery.
