3OH!3 released the official music video for “Touchin on My” last week. I had the chance to design the cover art for the single below. Here’s the vid concept in their words!
’Touchin On My’ is one of our favorite songs and we wanted to make a video that captured the track’s swagger. For the video we teamed up with our High School buddy, Isaac Ravishankara. We wanted to make a video that gave the viewer something new every time he/she watched it. On the surface it’s just us rapping at th…e camera but there’s so many crazy scenes happening in the periphery. We hope you like it! - 3OH!3

3OH!3 “Touchin On My” Cover - Art Direction & Design - Andrew Kimmell, Nick Motte
Print Magazine has named 3OH!3 Streets of Gold one of the best album covers of 2010! My family has had the Print Magazine Design Annuals in our house since I was born. It’s a huge honor for Nick Motte and myself to be mentioned!

Big thank you to Douglas Wolk for the recognition.

I love the ability to shoot HD video from a phone. It’s so easy. You have it with you all the time. You can bust it out and not feel weird or intrusive. Awesome. The first in a series of iPhone 4 videos I’ll be posting is a little montage from my recent trip to Japan!
