I’m excited to finally post our submission into the 2012 Nike Snowboarding Shoe Shine competition - The Nike Air Reactor Powered by Installite™. Every year, Nike brings the snowboarding community, industry heavy-weights, media and friends together for the SIA’s art-party of the year. This year 12 artists were hand selected by Nike snowboarding to contribute their artistry to the 2012 Shoe Shine show.
All the custom boots will be shown at SIA in Denver, CO as well as at ISPO in Munich, Germany.

Satellite + Installation = Installite
When I first moved to Boulder there was a new skate shop opening. I walked into Satellite Boardshop on opening day and have been involved with the branding and design ever since. Several years later we opened Installation Shoe gallery which I managed for a year and have also continued to contribute on everything from brand collaborations to shop merch. I’ll love having the shops as a creative outlet and finally have a place to talk about it all! Installite will serve as a universal blog for all things/people/products related to both stores.

Satellite and Oakley have had a long lasting connect that we always look to continue to grow. This goggle out first collaboration with them themed classic moonman style with a custom frame and strap print. The strap was apparently a pain but they killed it and made it work! We’re excited to release our second goggle in 2011. More info on that soon…
