Cowbell2010, available on iTunes for 99 cents, turns an iPhone or an iPod Touch into a virtual cowbell, ringing loudly when the phone is shaken or the screen tapped. The cowbell on the screen is wrapped in the flag of the country of your choice, which also determines the menu language.
The cowbell is a tradition in Alpine skiing, where fans bring them to the slopes to signal support for skiers, mittened hands being rather limited in their noise-making ability.
The app also includes an event schedule, medal counts and live Twitter feeds from more than 200 Olympic athletes, according to the app’s developer.
Surely, Christopher Walken and Will Ferrell would approve.

It also allows buyers to search for homes, save them in their Favorites file (in either iPhone or through the agent’s iRealty website) and email them to their agent, friends and family. There is also an auto-populated mortgage calculator next to each home being viewed, without the need to flip to another website. All the information is available in “real time” so agents and their clients can find homes just moments after they are listed in the MLS, even while out actually looking at homes.

GOSK8 is proud to welcome onboard pro skateboarders Erik Ellington (Deathwish skateboards) and Geoff Rowley (Flip skateboards) who will serve as the new face of the company.
GOSK8 is a new iPhone application/tool for physically playing the traditional game of skate. The developers of GOSK8 have gone to great lengths to spice the game up by adding three different skill levels (basic, medium, advanced) and four obstacle options (ledge, manual, transition, flat-ground), making it the only skate application of its kind.
Rowley - “GOSK8 takes the game of S.K.A.T.E. to the next level.
